A 2.4 hectare land in Petaling Jaya alienated for the Effingam Tamil School in Petaling Jaya Selangor has been found to be registered to the name of MIC president Samy Vellu.
This is the most outrageous thing possible. It is even more outrageous for Samy Vellu and the MIC to claim “administrative error by the land office” as reason why his name appears as beneficial owner in the land title.
This is a clear case of corruption that the ACA must investigate habis habis. Anything less than a through investigation is unacceptable. A man who claims to champion Tamil school education is now found to be beneficial owner of a land intended for the promotion of a Tamil school.
An “administrative error” as reason is totally unacceptable. There is no room for errors in such legal matter involving land titles especially when it originally involved the MIC and later it appears Samy Vellu is the beneficial owner.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, I wonder how many other “admin error” has taken place?. Only GOD knows. I hope the ACA will dig deep into this and other matters concerning samy, as he every now and then trumpets that his is the so called champion for Indians ……..cheers
