To Love Malaysia, is to know Malaysia"

WHY IS THIS GUY NOT LOCKED UP?

I am away in Indonesia on a project, and being lacking behind on my updates. But I still keep in touch with going ons through the internet cafes. But I was sad to hear that we still have people like Ahmad Ismail around.

UMNO Bukit Bendera divisional chairman Ahmad Ismail said that the Chinese are squatting in Malaysia and if they are in power, they will not be fair to all races.

Why is this Ahmad not arrested and charged with inciting racial hatred and sedition?

The media and the government would have run berserk had an Opposition politician made the same statement and cry for the sedition act .

Why the double standard? Where is the home minister on this matter, oh does he have his usual nonsensical explanation on this matter?

Why are the MCA and Gerakan hiding their tails and burying their heads like an ostrich . Not a squeak from this bedfellows. And they claim they fight for Chinese rights???.

Where is the sleeping Buddha, who claims that he is the PM for all?. Came on Malaysia you can do better then this. Kick these goons out. They bring only rot and shit to our country.

I was laughing to myself, when I heard that Malaysia today was ordered to be blocked by the government. Are these numbskulls still living in the stoneage. In this day and age the internet is bigger than anybody. How can you stop that. Have they not heard of mirror sites?. This goes to show what kind of mentality are running our country. God help us.

Anyway Malaysia Today can still be accessed from within Malaysia. Its address is http://mt.harapanmalaysia.com

If you are and expert with computers you can use the open DNS system (DNS stands for domain name service).you can download it and its free. This open DNS allows you to use alternative servers(by pass) to the ones provided by local ISPs.

Or you can do a search of Malaysia Today using proxy servers. All this methods are available in the cyberspace. I wonder which idiots are running the MCMC's , not to know that you cannot hold water in a strainer .

Well anyway thanks to PP votes , we have some saving grace for Malaysia. With anwar back in parliament things are already looking better. I am praying very hard, that by sep 16, anwar will be in power and put all this bullshit behind us and move forward to really running our country the way it should……..cheers

PP ELECTION UPDATE 1

As of 1500hrs today anwar is leading by 68% on the exit polls. That is not a surprise as we already knew who will win this by election.
The interesting thing however is wheather arif shah will get back his deposit?. punters are having a tough time taking bets on this. Odds are now running at 2 to 1 that arif will lose his deposit.
What ever it is, my only concern is only that the election commission will make it easy for anwar to return to parliment tomorrow. ....cheeers

DIRTY TRICKS AND THE BY ELECTION

Dear friends: life lately has been a roller coaster ride for me.. I had three major projects to handle and its keeping me all tied up. My blog has suffered from lack of updates, and my wife thinks I have a mistress, because of coming home late for the last two weeks. Well that’s life.

And whats up at the PP by election. Latest I heard are some underhand tactics are being employed by our BN goons. SMS are flying all over PP , especially in malay dominant areas proclaiming anwar to be a “Chinese stooge pigeon” , “ a Chinese agent”. Anwar has accused the goons as harping the racial divided.

If I was anwar, I would not lose sleep over this matter. 95% of people in Malaysia are in tuned to whats happening, so don’t worry anwar. Just get you campaign on the road.
REFORM AND INDEPENDENCE is a good slogan. That’s what Malaysia needs now more than ever. The voters in PP are not easily swayed by the dirty tricks, so come aug 26, you will on your way to be the next prime minister.

With the two medical reports that he has on his sodomy case, any proper judge will throw out the case. And the theatrical swearing on the holy book by that Saiful sodomite is clearly political motivated. Why drag GOD into this whole think is beyond me and for what purpose?. If we can swear by the holy book , than why do we need courts, judges, lawyers?. Why not just swear your innocence for every case ! it will save us so much time and money. Only people stupid enough will do this. But then again I cannot blame our leaders in our government, the grey matter is very much lacking or in some case totally devoid.

Only 9 days left for the mother of all elections. The future of our nation and the people now rest in the hands of the voters in PP. Don’t give BN even 5% of the votes. Let them know we mean business and send them packing for good!. You PP votes will be our saviours and your good deed will never be forgotten. ..cheers.

WILL THE REAL ASS-HOLE PLEASE STAND?

From the very beginning of sodomy II, I was cracking my head and wondering at the same time which ass hole actually orchestrated this sickening episode.

After reading all the theories and evaluations around the blogger sphere I am still at a lost who this mysterious ass hole is.

Saiful and anwar are mere pawns in this chess game. Who is or who are the people behind this sodomy II. The hidden hands so to speak.

Ok lets put all the cards on the table.

1st lets label all the players.

a) badawi

b) najib

c) tengku li

d) mayuddin

e) anwar

f) the AG

g) the IGP

h) shafee ( AG in waiting)

i) an unknown group ( very rich and very connected and above the law)

j) DR M

k) Syed (botak from johor)

According to malaysiakini one writer has sort of analyzed the so called facts and came out blaming DR M.

According to Malaysia-today admin they are going with the new AG in waiting, MR Shafee.

My 2 cents, I beg to differ. I will go along with the item i) an unknown group. It maybe my mind tend to bends towards the unknown that I am guessing this to be the case. Why I choose to be different is because of the following:

1) the umnoputera’s would have put a better case then whats happening now. They had had the experience of sodomy I, so if they wanted to frame some one, it would have be a better fix up.

2) After the grass roots up rising after sodomy I, I doubt umno would take the same route.

3) Some coffee shop shop talk says, anwar himself set this upon himself to gain sympathy. I doubt this very much. No one in his right mind will do this.

4) My believe is badawi, najib and the rest of cabinet were actually caught with their pants down when this news broke. They were surprised as the rest of us. But they tried their best to use this to their advantage and slow anwar down.

5) The unknown group (very rich ,connected and above the law), gets my vote. We will be fools to believe if such a group does not exist. Even in the most power country (USA) there are certain groups that operate above the law, and why not in our country. These group have their claws in every public and private institutions. A very powerful group, who wants UMNO to continue their rule in Malaysia. They see the PKR solidarity as a threat to their existence. So disrupt the timetable of PKR to form the next government.

6) This sodomy II was let loose, not to get a conviction, but to slow things down. That’s what I feel. Why slow down PKR?. Who knows, maybe to re-organise their group to be better prepare for the eventuality . I am sure Saiful has a fat bank account in an offshore bank, and after the trials, he would just disappear and relocate in brazil or Colombia for all I know. So he has nothing to loose. So were did this money come from? A few million for this group is like peanuts, so why not.

Well that’s just my 2 cents imagination at work, I will stick to these theory until something solid comes by……cheers.

WHAT OTHER NEWS ARE SAYING

I scanned some news articles and this is what they are saying……

People have come to the conclusion that the closer anwar is to wanting to obtain power, the more difficult others will make it for him to achieve that.

The economy is in a rut, Anwar faces another lurid court case on the same charge, and a majority of Malaysians are convinced the ruling coalition concocted the allegations to once again sabotage his political ambitions.

The timing of the new charges, days after the charismatic 61-year-old announced he would contest a by-election to return to parliament, has fuelled suspicions of a conspiracy.

Malaysians interviewed at a Kuala Lumpur petrol station, where they filled up after a recent 41 per cent price hike, had strikingly similar views, accusing the government of staging a sideshow to deflect attention from economic woes.

"The new sodomy charges against Anwar Ibrahim are all a political game because he is now a real threat to the prime minister," said Abdul Halim, a 28-year-old designer.

Businessman Mohamad Fazli Farid said the government should focus instead on the plight of ordinary workers who are unable to cope with high fuel and food prices on chronically low wages.

"It looks like the government is out to fix him again. Everyone knows that the charge against him is nothing but a lie," said 46-year-old Suhaimi Samsuddin.

"The only thing we can do now is to vote for Anwar and make sure he gets to parliament and eventually form the government. Only then can we right all that is wrong in this country."…..extract from CNA

If anwar comes to power, he has promised to carry out major reforms of the police, AG office and the judiciary. It will be good for Malaysia and the rakyat if can carry this reforms. At least we can walk tall again.

This is an extract of what he said at a press conference on 080808…….

“Arbitrary arrest and detention, frivolous investigation and malicious prosecutions shall be a thing of the past.

The use of police powers as well the office of the Attorney General to persecute political opponents will be criminalized so as to ensure a healthy and vibrant democracy where dissent is not only tolerated but nurtured.

In this regard every Malaysian’s fundamental liberties will be treated as sacrosanct and safeguarded by a truly independent judiciary guided by principles of utmost integrity and an adherence to the spirit of the federal constitution. “

If this is to happen, I hope all the folks in permatang pauh, will go out in full force and give anwar the full mandate come Aug 26. Deny the BN any face saving votes, give them the boot and send a crystal clear message to them, that Malaysia is for Malaysians and it does not belong to the umnoputra’s.

What DR M said to the press about anwas’s by electon.

"At the moment I do not see anyone who can give Anwar a run for his money," Mahathir said, according to the New Straits Times newspaper.

Former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad has denied speculation he will run against his arch-foe, opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim, in a by-election expected to return Anwar to parliament.

But Mahatir said he would not challenge Anwar for the seat vacated by Anwar's wife after he was charged with sodomy once again last week.

"No way, I have resigned in 2003 and I have said that I'm not coming back," he said, according to the state Bernama news agency.

To do list if anwar becomes PM:

Mahatir also said he did not want anyone like Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim "who stabbed him in the back" as Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad said yesterday he would rather migrate if the former deputy prime minister succeeds in toppling the Barisan Nasional government.

"If he comes Prime Minister, I will get out of the country. Give everything to him," Utusan Malaysia quoted the former prime minister's reply to a question at the Current Challenges for Malays forum here.

The only country that he can migrate to at this moment is Zimbaguae , I wish him all the best. I can help you pack DR, you need not wait till Sep 16, better get out while the sun still shines. The correct correct correct case will be pursued with might and vigor and all those involved will be looking at some quality jail time. So DR, make haste and delay not your departure. Helping you pack will not be a issue, as I believe at least 10 million people in Malaysia will be more then happy to give you a hand…cheers

THE STUPIDITY OF IT ALL??

They have no case. Yet they went on to charge Anwar anyway. The posting by RPK in Malaysia today is good enough to throw the case out without calling for any defense. Yet the idiots insisted on it anyway, wasting out money to carry on with this mother of all jokes??

The signed statement and the SD by Dr. Osman of hospital pusrawi speaks for itself. Or did the police and the AG office were not aware of this document. It would have been a kick in the but for them, to read such damaging revelations in Malaysia today. And extract of the statement says the following:

“ I introduced proctoscope into the patients anus while a nurse was assisting me by holding a touch.

On my observation the anus was normal, no bleeding, there were no signs of piles and no abscess and no pus, no injury, no tear and no discharge. Anus was clean and dry and looked normal. No abnormalities seen. “

Good luck to the prosecution team. Just like our pulau batu putih , this case is a goner.

And best part is see what the botak from johor and the sleeping Buddha were saying. Always contradicting one and another.

The sleeping Buddha says:

"There's no conspiracy," he said, according to The New Straits Times daily. "How could I insist that he be charged? The police are not so stupid to simply charge if there is no evidence."

The johor botak says:

"The police have no power to go on with a prosecution. The police's interest is to investigate based on the complaint.

After that it is left to the Attorney-General's Chambers to decide whether there is prima facie case to bring the person to court.

One clown says police is not stupid to charge and clown 2 says police cannot charge. See what I mean.

Well anyway before sep 10 (the sodomy hearing), more and more leaks will be appearing in the blogs about this case and hopefully these clowns at the AG office will have enough brains to see that they are going to be bashed, so it is better for them to drop the case while they still have some dignity left ,then open they mouth later and lose it all. (oopss or have they lost it already).

Well anyway, the hero for today was the Sessions Court judge S.M. Komathy Suppiah.

She judged thus:

"It is an elementary principle in the criminal justice process that a man is innocent until proven guilty. I do not think there is any likelihood that Datuk Seri will abscond. I'm going to release him on a personal bond for the sum of RM20,000 without surety."

I am sure this judge will be a judge in the sessions court for the rest of her career? And will not be promoted ever for this decision. But my thought to this learned judge is do not worry, if you do the right thing, you will have a clean conscience and you will be a beacon to you your profession. Anyway when anwar becomes PM, he will not forget you.

As anwar and his wife remarked:

Anwar was pleased with the judge's decision. "She is a decent lady," he said, commenting on the way she had handled the court

Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Ismail too commended the judge for her fairness

So what’s up next, now that this shit is done with. Yes the PP by elections. Will Anwar win this contest. (my God what am I Saying). The punters are now betting on how may votes the BN scapegoat can scrape up.

P44(permatang pauh) has 58,449 voters, roughly 70% malay votes, 25% Chinese. And the rest Indians and others. In march08 elections Dr.Wan Azizah won by majority 13,338. My guess is anwar will better this and win by an all time record ever. Care to wager me at this????......cheers

AND WE CALL THEM LEADERS

I was browsing through the daily’s and blogs and came across some stupid remarks by our so called leaders. ….cheers

UMNO CHIEF OF PENANG

Penang opposition leader Datuk Azhar Ibrahim, who is also the state Umno secretary, assured voters that he would not use the new sodomy allegations against Anwar for the Barisan Nasional election campaign.

He said the state BN would resort to a clean election campaign to ensure a fair victory for the federal ruling coalition.

He was confident of wresting the seat despite the odds of having to contest in Parti Keadilan Rakyat's stronghold.

"I have offered myself for the seat but even if I'm not selected to be the candidate, I'll work hard to ensure BN's victory. Let the leaders decide on candidates; I am a party worker and I will work hard," he added.

Abdul Jalil, however, dare not predict the outcome of the by-election. "I leave it to God."

See the numbskulls we have for leaders. First he says he is confident to win. Then he say’s he leave it to God. This flip flop runs all the way to the top. Can you imagine where our country is headed?

SLEEPING BUDDHA

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has blamed civil servants for many of the problems in the country which has made the people angry and hate the government.

He said this (anger and hatred for the goverment) can be reduced if civil servants would change their attitude and carry out their responsibilities accordingly so as not to create unnecessary problems for people dealing with the government.

"Don’t let people think we are not responsible, not trustworthy, not caring at all or arrogant. This will surely make them angry and this is not good because all these are our own doing."

"We have laws whose sovereignty we must uphold strongly. Our enforcement must be effective. This is what we should do - our responsibility. No need to ask people from far to come (here) or accuse others for our inability to ensure peace and stability," he said.

He said when the people are angry, all kinds of negative stories will be heard and allegations will be made against the country, especially in the borderless Internet world.

"I am not saying all those who used the Internet and blogs are not good. While there are some who were responsible, there are also those who abused it," he said, adding some people misused the Internet to spread rumours.

I like his comment on upholding law and order. We are the laughing stock in these this region, and he talks about law and order. Our laws cannot even decide which is more important, a murder or screwing backside. And they talk about law and order!

ACA INVESTIGATION:

According to sources, the ACA was also probing how a Singapore-based company, several of whose directors are Israeli nationals, was awarded a slice of the project when it was against the Government's directive to do so.

The Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) is investigating how a little-known IT company with little experience became the local partner in the RM1bil project to upgrade the Royal Malaysian Police's communication systems from analogue-based to digital.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said police were aware of the involvement of the Israelis in their communications systems upgrading project.

“We informed the Home Ministry as soon as we learnt about it,” he said, declining to elaborate.

I remember RPK brought this matter up some two months back. Wonder why it took ACA so long to act. And can you imagine the IGP’s comment. How more stupid can one get then this?. And shit brains like this runs our police. God help us.

NEW FUEL PRICE FORMULA

to my readers: apologies for not posting last two days. being extremely busy to put food on the table.....cheers

BN government will introduce new measures for adjusting the fuel prices at our pumps. hopefully there will be no screw ups.

Crude oil costs have fallen around 23 US dollars since Malaysia introduced a 41 per cent fuel price hike in June to ease the burden of spiraling energy subsidies, sparking angry street protests.

"The government would like to announce that effective September 1, 2008 the retail fuel price will be adjusted according to the monthly average, and the subsidy of 0.30 ringgit (per litre) will be maintained," Abdullah said in a statement Friday.

"The retail price of fuel will be fixed on the first day of every month."

An aide to the prime minister said that if global crude oil prices continued to ease, "then pump prices could be adjusted lower in September."

"The pump price of fuel at the beginning of each month, from September onwards, will reflect the average crude oil prices for the month before," he told AFP on condition of anonymity.

REPORT FROM CNA
