FILED FOR DISSOLUTION OF THE EXCLUSIVE CLUB
ON MARCH 9.
ALL FUNDS WERE DONATED.
RM350,000 to, the federal Association of Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers,
RM220,000 to Bureau On Learning Difficulties (BOLD)
and RM20,665 to three other non-governmental organisations.
NOW HERE IS A QUESTION I DO NOT UNDERSTAND:
Chui pointed out that Article 5 of the PBT constitution states that "'ordinary members are to be made up of wives of assemblymen and MPs of Penang, except for those from the Opposition"
READ THAT AGAIN!
I THINK SHE FORGOT WHO ARE THE OPPOSITION IN PENANG , AND WHO ARE THE RULING PARTY.
SO IN THIS CASE AFTER FEB 13, SHE IS AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
HOW CAN THEN SHE FILE THE DISSOLUTION?????.
