YES, A LOT PEOPLE CANNOT ACCESS RPK SITE.
THIS I THINK IS DUE TO SERVICE PROVIDER BLOCKING DNS OR PURPOSELY BOTTLE NECK THE BANDWIDTH.
ANYWAY IF HAVE PATIENCE YOU USE THIS DIRECT APPROACH.

it will take anywhere from 3mins to five mins before you can view the page.
the page is not html page(no pic) but a normal text page, as i believe RPK team are still fire fighting.
