A LOAF OF BREAD COST 50 MILLION DOLLARS?

HARARE, ZIMBABWE

HOME OF DR M’s FRIEND ROBERT MUGABE

In a sign of the growing worthlessness of Zimbabwe's currency, the country's central bank on Tuesday introduced a new half-a-billion dollar bank note. ( a world record)

That’s 500,000,000 in numbers!!!!!

And it’s worth is equivalent to USD $2

The note, comes into circulation 10 days after the introduction of a quarter-of-a-billion one early this month.

The southern African nation, currently gripped by a post-election crisis, has been ravaged by hyperinflation which reached 165,000 per cent in February. The highest inflation rate in the world, compared to the 60% rate of Iraq (second highest in the world).

Can you believe that 50 million dollars no longer buys a loaf of bread, which costs about 80 million dollars. A bunch of five bananas also comes out at close to 100 million dollars.

My God!! Forbes WILL HAVE to rewrite their worlds millionaire ranking, At this rate Zimbabwe will have the largest number of BILLIONAIRE IN HISTORY!!!!!
